After forcing people to wear masks in Bayern, Germany, European countries have tightened their epidemic prevention policies, and the demand for epidemic prevention materials such as masks has skyrocketed. At the same time, due to the variation of British COVID-19, European countries have higher requirements for the protection level of epidemic prevention materials.
Our company successfully passed the CE certification on January 18, 2021. On the basis of the existing certification for consumables such as feeders, feeding bags, and urine bags, our company's masks also passed the certification smoothly. Our company's masks comply with the EN14683:2019 standard and can reach the FFP2 category of EN149-2001+A1-2009.
Since the product was launched, there have been no quality issues during use. Based on the recognition of the quality of our company's products, a large number of European customers have recently added tens of millions of FFP2 mask orders. In order to meet the growing demand for orders, our company held an emergency meeting, established a mask production capacity expansion project team, coordinated internal production arrangements, mobilized employee enthusiasm, and continuously improved production efficiency while ensuring quality. We actively and quickly purchased fully automatic production equipment, expanded hardware infrastructure, coordinated site arrangements, and made preparations for equipment debugging. Our goal is to achieve a daily production capacity of 1-2 million pieces during the Spring Festival.
On the third day of this year's Lunar New Year, which coincides with the special day of Valentine's Day, during which most people celebrate the Spring Festival, all colleagues in the company work very hard and immediately enter a 24-hour overtime production state. A large number of epidemic prevention materials urgently need to be air freighted to Europe, and many top tier hospitals in China need to replenish their inventory in large quantities, striving to double their production capacity this year!
The company aspires to become the top production factory with the largest mask production capacity in the Yangtze River Delta region and actively connects with European government procurement orders. By continuously optimizing internal management, we ensure the stability of product quality and achieve low-cost, large-scale, and high-quality production.
